Course Agreements/Contracts

Some of our courses require you to sign an agreement document or contract before starting the course. You will sign these documents electronically and the signed copy will be emailed to you.

If the course requires you to sign an agreement, it will appear immediately after placing your order. 


  • If you do not sign the document, you cannot begin the course. 
  • If you do not want to sign the document, create a support ticket to request an order cancellation and refund.
  • The document must be signed by someone at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, a legal guardian must sign the document.


1. Read the agreement

2. Indicate you are at least 18 years old by clicking the checkbox. If the student is under 18, the parent or guardian should type their full legal name in the text box indicated.

3. Click in the Sign Here area

4. In the pop-up window, select either Draw Signature or Type In Signature

Draw Signature: Use your mouse to draw your signature next to the X and then click Insert Signature

Type In Signature: Select a font to autogenerate your signature. Click Change fonts to select a new font style. Once you find a font you like, click Adopt & Sign

5. Submit your signed document by clicking Agree & Sign

You will be redirected to your My Account page. If you get lost, go to

A copy of the signed document will be emailed to you for your records.

If you have a problem adding your signature, please try using a different web browser. After you log in to your account, a link to sign the contract will appear in your Account Dashboard in your account. You will not be able to start the course until the contract is signed.
