Having difficulties with the videos?

If you experience any problems viewing the course videos, please check the following.

Clear Browser Cache and Cookies

When you visit the same page for a second time, the browser speeds up display time by loading the page locally from cache instead of downloading everything again. This sometimes results in less than current versions of web pages being displayed. When the cache fills up, performance can slow down and your hard drive may run out of space.

If your video stops playing before the video is supposed to end, there is a good chance that you have a corrupt temporary internet file that needs to be deleted. Once this file is deleted, your web browser will re-attempt to download the video file and you will be able to finish watching your video.

Before deleting your web browser cache, try refreshing the web page while your video is playing. To do a hard refresh on your web page:

Windows/PC: control + F5  (or control + shift + r)

Mac OS: command + r  (or command + shift + r)
